Purpose: Climate station data from Whapmagoostui-Kuujjuarapik Region in Nunavik, Quebec, Canada
Abstract: Data are from the Whapmagoostui-Kuujjuarapik region in Nunavik, Québec, Canada. It contains data from air and ground temperatures, solar radiation and wind speed and direction. The available datasets cover the period from 1987-2019. For each site, the number of measured variables differs. For ground temperature, the depth ranges are as follows: Kuujjuarapik (KJRAPIK): 2-60 cm. Manitounuk Cable TG3 (MANITG3): 0-1600 cm. Manitounuk Cable TG4 (MANITG4): 0-1600 cm. Manitounuk Cable TP2 (MANITP2): 0-400 cm. Manitounuk Cable TP3 (MANITP3): 0-400 cm. Manitounuk Cable TP5 (MANITP5): 0-400 cm. Data are available as: (1) recorded data; (2) daily averages; (3) monthly averages; and (4) yearly averages.
