Title: Geochemistry of Mariana (MF03-3) peat core from Canada
Citation: Yu, Zicheng (2021): Geochemistry of Mariana (MF03-3) peat core from Canada [dataset]. PANGAEA, https://doi.org/10.1594/PANGAEA.928183
Study Site: Alberta
Purpose: Here, we present results of Holocene carbon accumulation from seven new peat cores at four fen sites from Alberta, western Canada. Along with two other published fen records in the same region, we provide a regional synthesis of carbon accumulation patterns, as well as peat property data in this continental climate.
Abstract: Sediment/rock depth, sample thickness, dry bulk density, loss on ignition, carbon of a high-resolution peat core from the Past Global Changes - Carbon in Peat on Earth through Time (PAGES_C-PEAT) Project
